Do you travel?

Yes, we are available for travel worldwide! Local travel is included in our packages. Anything beyond 60 miles, accommodations may be required and travel fee’s may vary.

Who will be our videography and/or photography team?

We are a small but mighty team, feel free to check us out on the about page! Each team member is experienced capturing every moment of your wedding day and has been in the industry for 5+ years.

If you select 309, we’ll set you up with your team and you’ll have a call with your photographer and/or videographer to ensure you can discuss every key detail of the day. If you have a particular team member in mind for your day, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Do I get all of the photos or footage from the day?

Each package has a different deliverable, but none include all raw photos or footage from the day. Why? Because we want to provide you with only the best shots and variety of the day, our team takes the time to review everything from the day (and remove all the shots with your eyes closed) to deliver only the best. If you are looking for something specific, we send out a form for you to let us know what is most important for you before your day. Do YOU RETOUCH PHOTOS?

Our team will professionally edit all photographs, however we do not do any alterations to the appearance of the couple or guests. Our goal is to provide visuals that reflect your day accurately. If there is something you are looking for specifically, discuss with our team prior to your wedding.

How do you know what style we prefer?

We are used to working with couples looking for a variety of styles for their wedding day. To ensure that your photos and video are exactly what you are looking for we’ll chat about the style with your prior to the wedding, as well as send over a form to have you complete and provide as much information about what you are looking for and finally, we usually ask couples to share a Pinterest board or check out some of our real weddings to land on their specific style!
